Cyber Akuma
I have a Mac Mini, 2.0ghz Intel Core 2 Duo model. I don't know how accurate or not this is, but I remember hearing that Apple mentioned they would release an update for Window s7 compatibility in Boot Camp late 2009. Has this update been released yet or no? If not, I hope it isn't delayed to late 2010 and I have to wait forever to get Windows 7 on my mac, I already have a sealed copy waiting to be installed. What is the missing incompatibility anyway? What won't work right if I were to install it now on my Mac Mini?
+Frank B. Subscriber² Posted November 22, 2009 Subscriber² Share Posted November 22, 2009 Windows 7 works fine in Boot Camp on my early 2008 iMac. The problem with the current Boot Camp version is that its drivers are horribly outdated. Which isn't a major issue, just install the Windows 7 drivers for your hardware afterwards. NeoTrunks
I have been running the 32 bit version of Windows 7 under VMware Fusion as well as Bootcamp for some time. No problems here :).

Raa
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate perfectly on my spare Intel iMac 2006 (1st gen). 32 Bit of course, no 64bit support in them! Flawless experience, performs faster than XP. 1gb of ram too! (Y)
