[VS] Win7-Blend for Windows 7

Recommended Posts

Ohhh Zainnnn... http://decaytion.deviantart.com/art/WinStore-Orb-for-Windows-7-148048939 <--- :D lol. You can use that all you want; trust me. I'd love to have my start orb in your theme. :D

Also: I love your icons in the new update, gah, I want them!

i think the green i went with is pretty good i dont want it to be very shiny.. or glass-like

Totally agree on the non glass thing. Glass-like themes and wallpapers as far as i am concerned are really outdated.

Release.

Now.

Seriously.

:D

hey Decaytion

are u on my msn???

i wana send u something...

pm me ur address..

and ammm.. thank u guys :)

dont worry

ill finish this in JANUARY:...

:)

today im going for a movie will be busy afterwards with friends.. and from monday its study time :p

so ill try to finish it within this week..

im releasing a new version with all the changes ive done so far. it will still have that superbar bug because i havent got to it yet.

but it will work perfect on x86

and i wont iclude my icons or startbutton as ive released them already.

a big THANK YOU for taking the time and effort to make these wonderful themes, and specially for saving my eyes using grey instead of the MS baby blue that killed my graphic experiences. I'm also a designer and i like my OS skin to be as neutral as possible (easy on the eyes too). THIS is what aero should have been.

Do you use in your skins other elements than the default ones? I mean, did you changed the style "architecture" or you just replaced the original pictures and changed the color codes?

Please consider making one version of win7shine with a monochrome start button

and

keep things simple

and

I wish for a taskbar without any background image :)

Thanks again, and keep up the good work. Cheers!

ps: there is a problem in the corners of the win7shine (v 1.0 beta for x64) when i set color to black and intensity to maximum (see pic)

well this is not a problem ..

i tried alot of other themes.. and the color doesnt apply to all of the theme..

it leaves a few pixels at the end..

because the default theme is rounded..

so it colors thinking the theme is default one.

:)

and yes.. makin a new thread now. because the theme is near completion.. so everybody post there.

    • I really wonder if this has to do with the built in VPN or "private DNS" of browsers that trip up legal requirements like cookie consent and Cloudflare (to avoid all the botnet attacks we get). And BTW some botnets still manage to get past Cloudflare, we are constantly having to tweak it to block malicious traffic that ultimately cause a DDoS.
    • CPPC states can also be messed around with in most UEFI settings but aren't as robust as the ones that the Windows Scheduler can provide! Make sure you look into what your motherboard also has before customizing for the Windows Scheduler.
