Is this basic laptop emachine worth buying on the black friday at walmart? It wont be used for anything other then surfing and maybe some word docs. The price is $198

Would it be better to go to best buy and buy a netbook for 179.99 which is a compaq or officemax for a netbook for 149.99 which is an acer?

What are the specs on it? It only says 2GB ram... if it leaves out the processor speed, that cant be a good thing.

Is it worth sitting all night in line? I would go for a netbook for $200. It can do web surfing and word processing.

Whoa, if the same prices were in the UK, I'd pickup the 32" TV, blu-ray player, rockband set, tomtom, football, basketball, american football, couple games and Miley Cyrus. :p

Anybody from the UK think that the flyer looks just like a Lidl/Aldi one. :laugh:

I agree - if you can get your hands on one (I have a feeling each store will get about 3) then I would definitely pick one up. More horsepower and a bigger screen than a netbook, plus if you're wanting to do any gaming.... I couldn't imaging gaming on a netbook.
