How often do you reinstall windows?

I used to reinstalled every 4-6 months depending on the bloat I had accumulated on the PC, or how sluggish it was running. No sign of any slowdown on my Windows 7 machine though, so no plans to reinstall yet. This was installed when we beta testers were given our copy last year.

That being said, I'm looking to buy a new SSD drive in Q1 this year so that will force a reinstall for me.

I only reinstall if i have no other choice so if i can fix it before a reinstall i will do it but recovery/backup software is very helpful.

I feel fresh, clean when I reinstall.

and usually before school term starts, so it's not messy.
