Correct. You have to actually replace Helvetica and Lucida Grande in your font folder with fonts that have been prepared correctly.

If it's done right, not usually. You can find fonts that have been converted already. That's what I did so I didn't have to worry about alignment.

Oh and ignore RAM @ 667 MHz, it's actually running at 800 MHz. I think it's an overclock issue.
