Clean indeed, get yourself some bloomin' icons already. Example below from my Mac Mini:

Well... actually i dont need much more than already shown in the dock, as my mini is primarily used for movies and such :)

Wallpaper please :)

Been modding a fair few files in Snow Leopard to create the HUD look. I ported Calibri to use as the system font, inverted and raised the brightness to get a 'grayish' look in the menubar icons, changed the menubar to my liking of color, and geektool for the desktop. Next thing I need to touch up is my dock and icons :)

Mine with the recently sought after (By me), transparent icon.

I am still messing with various backgrounds to give it the best look, but this is the start of something I hope to really make look good.

Wallpaper is from interfacelift

I have to say, I am a fan of all these desktops. In general, users seem to keep them much cleaner. I am also quite interested in those interesting applications running on the top bar. It looks like there happens to be a lot of neat little utilities.

Oh how I wish I had a Mac ... Perhaps I will go buy a copy of snow leopard and try a hackintosh. It'd be a neat intellectual exercise. Having a real terminal will be nice. I do quite a bit of bash scripting for a living.

The keyboard shortcut for the full-screen snapshot is Command + Shift + 3, and to take a snapshot of a selection it's Command + Shift + 4. I kinda dig your wallpaper, though. Care to share a link? =]

BTW thanks man, hitting CTRL was the reason it wasn't saving!
