What is that you are using for album art in the top left of the screen?

The app is called Bowtie, and the theme is called Curl (http://infinisedesign.net/downloads/view/curl/).

Anyways, here?s my desktop:

post-65125-12691239123508_thumb.png

Background is some light gray noise (just a Photoshop filter).

Dock is Teledock 2.1 by endosage, and it?s usually hidden.

Icons are Minium 2 by RAD.E8 (if you could see any of them).

Dock apps are Launchbar, Chrome, Adium, Mail, Tweetie; Menubar apps are Tweetie, Adium, Deskshade, Facebook Notifications.

Menubar icons are a mod of MenuBar Icons by iAndrew.

Here is my present screen shot. The artist is "Lee Bogle" and his work can be viewed on this website (use his name). He is one of the great artist of are time (IMHO). Please do not ask for a copy, his paintings are copyrighted.

The main theme is SnowTunes Noir,

The tab on the right is DragThing with the SimpleOne skin,

The Adium skin is Universal Black,

Then to get the tab, I re-created the tab from SimpleOne (in Photoshop) and used GeekTool to place an image on the desktop, so the "Messenger" tab is not actually part of Adium =D.

The dock is just the standard 2D dock, with the background removed via Mirage,

The dock icons are Gill Text, PSD included in the download for custom icons,

The Bowtie theme is Transformers, it's really neat--while it's playing it breaks up into tiny squares and makes sweet shapes,

http://macthemes.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16802736

The clock in the bottom is just a few GeekTool scripts, using Gill Sans font to match the dock icons.

The black bar at the bottom is also GeekTool, the file is included in the Gill Text download, but I lengthened it a bit for my desktop (48px -> 60px)

Lastly, the wallpaper is Endless by George Harrison,

http://GeorgeHarrison.deviantart.com/art/Endless-150490163

I think that covers everything =D!

I tried soooo hard to mod my dock. I have done it before.. but.. it seemed to leave a huge invisible black bar going UP and not acrossed my icons. Maybe I should start trying to mess with it again and add everything even if I can't get the dock right >.<

lol

    • The site is pretty sparse on features / tech specs. Can I plug it into a PC/hone/Switch via USB-C and use it as an external display? If so, what's the virtual resolution of the screen, the refresh rate, PPI of the image etc? Is the text crisp enough to use for coding at say 12pt? Is it good enough for playing dark games, like say Path of Exile 2? How about fast games like car racing games? Just how do they expect anyone to order this thing without giving out all this info?
    • I call complete bs on this - no way your average joe / jane is using AI.
