This is cool, Polaroid coming out with a new OneStep camera:

We?ve snuck into CES a little early, before the doors open proper, and what do we find? Polaroid?s fabled next-gen film camera. It looks a peach, and works with re-engineered Polaroid film cartridges.

Dubbed the PIC-1000, the new Polaroid film camera is a return to the instant film maker?s roots, yet still looks modern. Clad in metallic plastic or wood-effect, it?s curvy enough to look modern, while retro enough to make our nostalgic hearts skip a beat.

Bearing in mind that most high-quality photos are for print, and low quality photos are for facebook - what market is this for?

Dont doubt film cameras. They can have really good quality! I am looking forward to this camera. As i have used Polaroid cameras before and they are dam fun to work with and use! Shame it's hard to get film for them :( Which is why im glad they are modernising them :)

Of course the new site is not up yet so check out the old site, I love polaroids man! Want to buy one but its such a pain to get the film. All the film that was produced before now went out of date in Nov 09'...still if you keep it in the fridge it should keep longer!

Just found this site on the homepage of the-impossible-project website!!! I don't know if I can beleive my eyes?? Please can someone confirm that this is newly manufactured Polaroid film?
