Trying to find some consistancy..

I started working out little under a year ago, and back then I was really small and skinny. I was fit because I played a lot of sport, but you'd look at me and think I was skinny/small. I decided to work on that by doing some work outs (mainly upper body) every week. It's really worked and I've put on a lot of muscle..but while ive been doing it i havent realllly stuck to a good weekly plan, and I'm not sure how much rest I should be giving myself.

I made a rough table out to show what I'll be doing (Forgot to add Back as one of the excersizes.) I havent added what type of excersize i'll be doing, but I'm wondering if I'm giving the muscles enough time to rest..

Like I said I forgot to add Back, and I do a little work on my forearms.
