Database Driver Error

I am experiencing a database driver error everytime I try watching every topic I reply to and I choose the notification type as Daily Email Digest. I used the Contact Neowin form to report it but apparently you never got it, it did seem as it didn't work as upon submitting it, it took me back to Neowin's frontpage. The notification type doesn't matter, as long as you choose to watch every topic you reply to, it gives you a driver error.
