That's the point.

it's kinda funny though that in most court systems, large judgements against corporations are deemed excessive, yet similarly large judgements against individuals are rarely reduced with the argument of "scaring" people off.

If a company were to have a judgement against them 100x times what they bring in a year people would know it was outrageous, yet when the same math is applied to an individual the court doesn't bat an eye. the same "equality" showed to corps needs to be shown to indivduals as well imo.
