Stoneheart Not Coming To "Game of Thrones"?

The interviewer said he had heard third-hand that Fairley was told she wouldn't be coming back. Fairley replied: "Yeah, the character?s dead. She?s dead".

Asked if she thought Catelyn's arc should stay closed or if she'd be into the resurrection idea, she says: "You respect the writers' decision. I knew the arc, and that was it. They can't stick to the books 100 percent. It's impossible - they only have 10 hours per season. They have got to keep it dramatic and exciting, and extraneous stuff along the way gets lost in order to maintain the quality of brilliant show."

^ Thats not a denial. Its 100% true.

From what I have heard the series is going in a slightly different direction. Especially that they're killing more characters on the show than they do in the books.

Not really. All the major events are the same. The reason for the extra character deaths is simple: money.

Is Fan-Fave Character 'Jaqen H?ghar' Returning For Season 5?

HBO's small screen adaptation of George R.R. Martin's "Song Of Ice And Fire" saga may be gearing up for another pretty big change from the source material when the show returns next year for its fifth season. According to the German agency (via Spoiler TV) of Tom Wlaschiha, "the actor is shooting a 2014 episode of the crime solving series Tatort entitled, ?Borowski und die armen Kinder von Gaarden, ? and after that, in August, he?ll begin filming on Game of Thrones. The agency notes that Tom is in the main cast."

Was pretty obvious when Arya sailed away that this would happen.

Man, these rumors are horrible. By how someone got on a ship at the end of the fourth season, it really amazes me that him appearing in the fifth season is somehow surprising to anyone.

Faceless Men do not use the same face twice. And he changed faces the last time we saw him.

So him re-appearing would be a shock.

Dont, I regret it, now I know what will happen :(

Only generally. There are so many differences, it's still worth reading the books. Plus it gives you more details. I knew the deaths etc from Storm of Swords, but a lot of the details are unique. The hound's ending on the show was much better IMO. Arya just left him with a festering wound in the books. By the same token, I preferred the assault on Castle Black and the Wall in the books.

I've already started reading Feast for Crows. Seems good so far.

Aeron Greyjoy, the prophet, is an interesting character as is the Drowned God vs the Storm god. I'm also enjoying getting to know Dorne better.

The U.S. ambassador to Spain and former Vice President of HBO, James Costos, has confirmed that scenes for Game of Thrones Season 5 will be shot in Spain.

To be exact, The Alc?zar of Seville will serve as the Water Gardens of Dorne, where the late Prince Oberyn Martell's older brother, Prince Doran, spends his time. It is also likely that the country will host the filming of scenes in Sunspear, the seat of House Martell.

Tania Raymonde & Nell Tiger Free Up For Roles In GAME OF THRONES Season 5

We've already heard that Whale Rider's Keisha Castle-Hughes might be up for the role of Nymeria Sand, and now in their "What We Know So Far" report on Game Of Thrones season 5, Vulture name a couple of actresses that have been rumored for roles that seem to have flown under our radar. The first is Tania Raymonde (Lost, Texas Chainsaw), who has reportedly (her audition vid has since been removed) read for Obara Sand; and possibly replacing young Aimee Richardson as Myrcella Baratheon/Lannister is 15-year-old tv actress Nell Tiger Free. Remember none of this is official yet, and even if they've read for roles it doesn't mean they'll nab them. But some announcements are expected at Comic Con, so maybe we'll find out more then.
