Using the third picture as my wallpaper now, very nice! Thanks for sharing!

Wow, browsed your gallery and Breaking Dusk and West Pier at Sunset are beautiful as well, I'm going to have a tough time deciding which to use. I think I'll have to set them up to rotate!

Thank again!

What camera you using and what software for the post-processing?blush.gif

I know you were asking him, but I've done a bit of this with just regular point and shoot Canon Ixus cameras running CHDK. You enable "bracketing in continuous mode" with a Tv of 1 and then use the regular custom timer mode to take, say, five pictures with a few seconds delay (so a shaky hand doesn't affect it.)

Have the camera on a tripod, push the button, and leave it to do its thing. You'll end up with five pictures starting at 0, and then increasing/decreasing by 1 for each shot taken. Of course you can use whatever Tv or Av (if supported by the camera) values you want.

Personally I then use Photomatix Pro for combining and tone mapping the pictures.

Anyway, this is the hobo way of doing HDR. The quality will obvious depend on the camera, like normal pictures. Ultra-crisp HD wallpapers from a point-and-shoot might be pushing it.
