Is it me or is Laguna Presa not very fun in Rush? The environment is fantastic but it needs more vehicles. Too much running around. I also could not hear any M-COMS being set. No alarm sound. Not sure what that is about (on 360).Also, it's not fun playing 4 v 8. Is auto balance that hard to implement?

Personally I love the new maps, they're very chaotic and fun. As for the alarms there is a bug where the defending team can't hear them apparently. :pinch:

i played one of the rush ones yesterday (forgot what it was called). Attacking the last part of it was not easy AT ALL...

It doesn't work. For the PC there is a 3rd party server program called Guardian which is trying to enable it, the problem is instead of auto moving people it just kicks a random person.. So yeah.. Thanks DICE for the Auto balancing not working

I dont like that on rush either. I love arica on conquest though, but for some reason everyone hates it :/

Has anyone heard if DICE is aware of the audio bug where the Defenders cannot hear the charges being set?? It really needs to get fixed but I haven't seen a mention on their website or Twitter.PS - had a "fantastic" 6 v 11 match earlier on White Pass. Yeah, that was complete garbage. Took the other team no time at all to camp our deployment so it was an easy slaughter and easy points for them. Ridiculous.

should have told them to fix the game...
Yeah because I am about to **** on their achivements, lets be honest. After all this moaning, we are all still playing it aren't we? Not to mention that we got some freebies yesterday, in the form of some 'new' maps. I certainly wasn't going to wreck the mood, by being a whiny ******.

You mean they just unlocked content already on the disc. The content we paid for when we bought the game.

Just unlocked VSS!!!

I had a match today where next to everyone on the other team were sniping on Isla Innocents...it got kinda annoying because they couldn't push up so we were stuck being sniped at, with me running all over the place with my defibrillator.

it was a joke...

Uhh, it shouldn't be a joke. This POS is hard crashing, BSOD'ing, CTD'ing in a boatload of systems, including mine. I shouldn't have to mess around with every setting imaginable to get it to work, (it's still flaky by the way) when all my other games work perfectly. Also, ATI load times vs Nvidia load times? WTF?

It's a great game - when it works. I regret paying so much for it.

It is a great game and I keep coming back to play it but DICE should jump on some of these issues right now. They have the momentum in online FPS and if they let some of these issues linger it WILL come back to haunt them. In other news had another go on White Pass Conquest and...same thing. Team got camped on in the Deployment zone. I have a feeling sooner or later we are going to see nothing but Medics playing. I don't see a whole lot of Assault guys much now.

Can someone recommend another gun to use. I've have whored the crap out of M60 and the XM8 Compact. Need something in the same kind of power bracket.

Heard good stuff about the AN-94 Abakan, thoughts?

it was a joke...
In that case I retract my mini-rant :)

Hence why I said 'new'.
Congrats. What is that 1st pin?

I raped with the AEK-971. Just play with different ones and find one you like or just go back to using the OP M60 with 4x scope and snipe it up.

Probably my favourite gun in the game, although keep in mind that I've only been playing Assault. It fires in three-round bursts and the rate of fire is rather slow, so it's definitely not for everyone. However, I always slap on the 4x scope when I'm using it, and it's great for long range maps like Atacama Desert.

I'll usually switch between the AN-94 and the M416 depending on how well I'm playing. Some days, my aim is complete crap, so I switch to the M416 with the red dot sight and try to get some close-range kills.

    • Zed 1.7.2 has landed with updated OpenCode models, bug fixes and other improvements by David Uzondu Zed 1.7.2 recently landed on the stable release channel, bringing a host of AI-related features including automatic context compaction and settings-based skill management, along with other things like better Markdown preview rendering and custom git commands in the graph view. Starting with the AI stuff, the developers introduced "/compact", a command that basically summarizes your conversation history on demand. This tool prevents your active chat window from hitting token limits by compressing older parts of the dialogue into a brief overview. In addition to that, the team relocated skill management to the settings UI, improving how the application communicates errors regarding those skills, and updated the OpenCode model roster to support DeepSeek V4 Flash, MiniMax M3, Qwen 3.7 Plus, and Nemotron 3 Ultra Free. External agent users can also monitor context window cost metrics and delete individual sessions directly from their history. Right-clicking ref labels in the git graph now opens a context menu that runs different actions against selected targets, kind of how VS Code does it. Here are some of the bug fixes this new release brings: The active agent fails to auto-select when creating a new git worktree. A scrollbar unexpectedly appears on wrapped code blocks in the agent chat. Collapse indicators for project headers appear when performing sidebar searches. Bracketed ellipsis title prefixes fail to show the ellipsis icon properly. Project icons render incorrectly in the recent projects picker. Diff hunk controls appear inside non-editable commit view multibuffers. The software update button hangs indefinitely on the downloading stage. Restoring an agent terminal in a remote project triggers a sudden crash. Splitting a pane that contains an active commit view causes a crash. Linux Wayland freezes when trying to read the clipboard from laggy external apps. Zed is a "newish" code editor trying to break the massive stronghold VS Code has on the developer community. Funny enough, the editor was created by former GitHub employees who worked on the Atom text editor (which Microsoft killed in 2022, several years after it bought GitHub). The project officially hit version 1.0 back in April, introducing platform parity for Windows and Linux alongside deep support for DeepSeek-V4-Pro.
    • 26H2 absolutely will support ARM Windows just not on devices that came with 26H1. This is evident by the fact I am running 26H2, which on my MacBook Neo and Surface Pro 12 (inch), within a VM.

    • The FIFA World Cup is not US centric.
    • It’s amusing how Microsoft is pushing IT admins as if this was a major, game-changing update. In reality, it’s just an enablement package that bumps the build number, which is disappointing compared to the more substantial 22H2 and 24H2 releases. Technically, 25H2, 26H1, and the upcoming 26H2 are essentially the same, differing only in support schedules. They could have included the Windows K2 improvements here, but chose not to. The era of Windows being in the backburner continues, and this 26H2 release feels like an afterthought. Shame, Nadella, shame.
