I hate it because whenever I play on a random 16 player Rush server, my team are a bunch of noobs and they go into their territory to try to kill them. They don't defend worth of ****. Then when I am guarding one of the mcoms, the other gets activated, no one is going to deactivate it and by the time I get there, its C4ed and they are at the one I was defending.

So I tried the shotgun, and I couldn't get any one shot kills in hardcore, the only mode I play. What do I need to attach/equip to it?

I finally did it.. I got my 3 vehicle road kills pin. Which got me the final 2 badges that I was missing. Go me.

Now all that's left is for DICE to fix (hah) the bronze badge bug and I'll have all the bronze awards.

Damn, I still haven't got that stupid pin. Where/how did you get it?

Well I didn't go out of my way to get it. But it was on Valparaiso, after the first set of mcoms went down I stole the bradley and then ran over the guy that was trying to get it, then ran over another medic who was crouched by barricade, and then another guy who was trying to put c4 on the tank. I guess he didn't learn that you don't stand in front of moving vehicles as a young'n.

All in all pretty hilarious. The funniest part was that after they managed to destroy my stolen Bradley I immediately get road killed by the first guy I ran over who was driving a quad.

Oh yeah, and I got my 6th gold star for the M1 Garand today, as well. Lovein that gun.

Hmm. Was expecting a bit more of a departure from BC2 than that. Ah well with this, BF3 and MoH on their plate I shouldn't have expected much.

Maybe if the price is right (?15 max - seems reasonable for 4 maps and a few new skins) I might be interested.

"We didn't want it to have just new content for the sake of content". Uhm.... what a stupid thing to say for a game that as one of it's biggest problems is lacking in map variety. And then he goes on to say they're "rewarding" us with new map packs and game modes for free, but fails to mention the game only shipped with four maps in each game mode.

I'm really not sure how I feel about this expansion after seeing it. The maps looked relatively small and really flat, in a long drawn out game you'll have line of sight from one end of the map to the other. I like that the assault rifles don't have grenade launchers attached to them but then on the other hand the grenade launcher was a separate gadget.

If it's more than $15 I probably won't buy it but I'm betting it will have a $30 price tag.

    • What I like about Paint is using it almost exclusively for cropping and resizing images I get elsewhere--it's quick, easy and cheap... I keep it glued to my taskbar, in fact.
    • I still remember it fondly today. It was so cool to work in 64-color Half Bright mode and 4.096-color HAM mode (interlaced) when x86 was still in 4-color CGA or 16-color EGA low res. C= never realized what it had until it was far too late--the failure of C= was the failure of its top management. The C= Amiga was 20 years ahead of its time, I always thought. It didn't hurt that in only 512k of chip memory, the Amiga could preemptively multitask when Apple was still doing gray scale graphics on tiny screens and along with everyone else was doing cooperative multitasking (running more than one app at a time in resident memory, but you could only run one of them at a time--had to manually switch between them.) I had a ball with AREXX scripting running between programs that had AREXX ports so that when you sent other applications data and instructions, those running applications could process the same in real time to output! Memories...
    • I'm not sure about that, but it at least "does" a version of 7.1 that this brand new card doesn't....

    • I can barely recall getting web results from a file search... I must've turned it off long ago. 26H2 is Insider's Preview build 26300.8697, which I am running, atm. It is not available for people running the standard commercial builds of Windows--only for the beta test Insider's group. But anyway, as mentioned in the thread, this feature has been around for a long time...
