Colorado Nudist Causes Stir While Gardening Topless

Recommended Posts

Even on your property if you do something that effects others, like offending them by gardening in the nude, then the city has a right to step in a pass a law that covers that (so to speak).

That she offends others by not wearing a shirt is grounds for a law? To prevent her from offending others? That does not sound very reasonable.

Why are you against it? Certainly, I do not want to see anything in this particular case, but neither do I want to see other people in certain dress, either. There are certain fashions or ideas in image that offend me, but it would be wrong to force anyone to change. The matter is freedom. Particularly, I do find that people are too puritan, still, despite how far we have progressed as a society. Personally, I find little wrong with the human body and find it shameful that we try to hide it and force others to be ashamed of their bodies.

I remember my second day of high school, actually. While on the route to the local 7-11, I caught a glimpse of the local woman who propagated her views that as a woman, she could go topless just as any man was free to do so. Legally, she has been instrumental in securing her freedom (and for other women, too) to be able to not wear a top. To this day, I still see her jogging, riding her horse, or even at the local swimming pool. I find nothing wrong with it, and not because she is pleasant to look at.

Pics or it didn't happen.

A man can go topless because his "breasts" do not secrete any fluids. Think about it.

Well.. for 1, only women who've had children can do that. And i'm pretty sure its for a limited time only.. and it's not like it turns into a hose when they're unleashed.

I find nothing wrong with it, and not because she is pleasant to look at.

Others do find something wrong with it, even when they are good looking. I suspect that if this was pushed far enough then she could be in serious federal trouble.

If the people want to see such behavior stopped, then they have every right to pass laws to stop it. If they pass a law that requires nudists to put up a privacy fence or something, I would be fine with that. If they pass a law a law that demands people be dressed at all times outside of their house, even if their is a privacy fence to occlude sight, then I would have a problem with that, because that would strip away freedoms that does no one harm.

Personally, I do not care if people walk around nude. The thought does not bother me, no matter how unappealing are the particular bodies involved. I actually like the thought that public nudism would be a freedom that one could exercise if one so desired. Two years ago, for reasons I will not disclose here, I put up a privacy fence around my yard. Since then, I have decided a few times to walk around the yard nude. It may sound silly, but the experience is exhilarating, more-so than I expected. If you have gone nude before, you will understand where the lady is coming from. If you haven't, then you should.

    • The data center gold rush has tossed all forms of sensibility and reasoning right out of the window. The craziest part being that AI infrastructure isn't driven by consumer demand. It's being driven by manufacturers to force AI onto the market, consumers be damned.
    • Apple has not said whether the new prices are temporary ..... LOL.... These are the new prices peeps, because they will still sell them. Everybody will get used to the price hike = more Profit!
    • EU says AWS and Microsoft Azure should be treated as DMA gatekeepers by Pradeep Viswanathan Under the European Commission's Digital Markets Act (DMA), a company is presumed to be a gatekeeper if it meets certain quantitative thresholds. However, the Commission can still investigate and designate a company even if it does not meet the numeric thresholds, provided the service has a major market impact. The European Commission launched its investigations into AWS and Azure on November 18, 2025, to address unfair or anti-competitive practices in the cloud sector. Today, the European Commission has informed Amazon and Microsoft of its preliminary view that their cloud computing services, AWS and Azure, should be designated as gatekeepers under the DMA. The EC highlighted that Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure are the largest and second-largest cloud computing services in the European Union. Both of these platforms act as important gateways between businesses and their customers in the EU. The EC further mentioned that AWS and Azure have reached significant turnover, built large and entrenched user bases, and benefit from high switching costs and customer lock-in. Furthermore, their operational capacity and investments appear to have outpaced those of competitors. Teresa Ribera, Executive Vice-President for Clean, Just and Competitive Transition, said the following: It is important to note that the findings are preliminary and do not decide the final outcome. Amazon and Microsoft can now review the findings and respond to the Commission. However, if the Commission confirms its preliminary findings, it will formally designate Amazon and Microsoft as gatekeepers for AWS and Azure. Once designated, Microsoft and Amazon will have six months to bring their cloud services into full compliance with the DMA’s rules and regulations.
