London's a big place :) I live 20min train ride from central london.

I have been stopped before in London for taking photos etc, which was fun

Yes, I know; I've been to it!

So is it really only in the central area where you get harassed for taking photos?

I went for 5 days in April of '09 and brought my D90. I was honestly a lil nervous about bringing it because of all the stories I've heard about people having issues w/ the bobbies. Luckily I had no issues.
