Alladaskill17
Digg Article stating World Cup sold out, though it goes on to discuss how FIFA set limits and South African's feel they wont truly benefit. I was just curious if any Neowinians will be attending any matches at the 2010 World Cup. If so, which matches? BabyNeowinian 1 Share

D. S. Veteran Posted May 2, 2010 Veteran Share Posted May 2, 2010 Nobody? All those futbol threads and upcoming World Cup discussion, none of you are going? A trip to South Africa is pretty expensive and besides that, it's already sold out. So yeah, I'm watching it at home.

Brodel
^ agreed, even if they played some kind of tune it would be annoying, but they don't even do that, it's just horrible noise.

DrCheese
I guess the Vuvuzela is a real turn-off for a lot of people. oh god yes, fifa said they won't ban it, which is fair enough. They will have to live with the horrible TV ratings in return. Luckily the big teams also usually have a lot of travelling supporters which should hopefully drown it out.
