Well if there is one car i would want to have it would be...

Ferrari F40 (the overall best Super Car out there if you ask me)

p.s. the show 'Top Gear' got me really liking that car as it's basically a gutted out old school race car that's street legal ;)

and also... the heck with those 'ricer' cars. it's all about American Muscle or Super Cars in general.

I have so many.. Lamborghini Gallardo, Bugatti Veyron, Koenigsegg CCXR, Ferarri FXX, even a nice red Corvette for jetting around. But the most realistic of my options, the most affordable, and one of the most fun to drive (being so light and low to the ground) is the Lotus Elise. WANT.

That was mine at one point. I thought they quit making them ...

death traps..

perhaps even more so on US roads with the house sized SUVs et al

Who cares if they are death traps, i don't!

Also there aren't many SUV's over here, mighty see one or two driving by a month.

Mini's have always been my dream car, my mom used to own one and said it was the greatest car she ever owned. Fun to drive and never broke down.

She once had a women crash into the rear of her mini with a brand new BMW, the Mini only had a small dent that you could hide with a sticker. The BMW? well lets just say the women needed to go out car shopping.

Of course this says nothing about the mini's safety, just thought it would be a little fun story to add to this post.
