Looks like the Xbox 360 S made a dent, and that was only half of June.

RT @aarongreenberg: ?post E3 bump & new console drives Xbox 360 sales up 88% as top selling console in June

Outsold the Wii too. Oops :)

Picked mine up today, overheard in GAME that the hard drives have caused a few returns, and they had one return in store this morning.

However GAME are also pushing the extended warranty, so could be :whistle:, and the pre-order numbers seem massive, enough to have a midnight launch.

Sounds like someone probably trying to scam a 250GB drive out of them.

Got mine today from ShopTo because TNT returned it...grumble grumble...

But it's sooo much more quiet and the DVD drive is soooo much queiter than the old Lite-On I have in my other 360. : )

Snapped this picture for DARKFiB3R ( The guy above me :wub: ) and might as well post it here, in case anyone else is interested in the power specifications for the thing;

I can see that it has an HDMI port on the back of it however, is it safe to say it does not come with a cable?

That is correct there is a HDMI port but it does not come with a HDMI cable just a composite AV cable.

I picked my slim up today, traded in my elite as it has been having problems reading discs recently so thought it was a perfect time to trade it in.

If you're trading your Elite in, make sure don't trade in your HDMI if you don't have anyone one :D

finally got mines a couple days ago, nice one and it's the first time i have a 360 placed horizontally. i like it so far, it feels good and isn't as big a FP magnet as i feared. what did catch me by surprise is the fraggin heat - the top/side vent is like three or four times hotter than the Jaspers ever were. don't know if this means the heat is pushed out effectively or what, but i's reckon i can take my $3 IKEA Gopa Steka, put it over that grille and make me some franks n taters mmm mmmm. and that was a Slingblade/BB Thornton reference, BTW.

congrats to all else who got one recently. hope you like them eggs nice and hot.

    • draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 by Razvan Serea draw.io desktop is a downloadable security-first diagramming application that runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics. Generate diagrams from text descriptions using our smart templates. Diagram faster with keyboard shortcuts. draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 changelog: Uses electron 42.5.0 #2452 Updates to draw.io core 30.2.6.
