I came here back becouse of that too :s Somehow this transpareny thing is missing from the new builds :s

See the post here by Ziz4rD, I'm using it with the latest 4b10pre and it works with just

#main-window[stylish-url="about:blank"] #browser {
   visibility: hidden !important;}

That code should work for beta8 and prior. For b9pre+ use this

#appcontent,
#content > tabbox > tabpanels {
  background-color: transparent !important;
}

#main-window[stylish-url="about:blank"]:not([onclose="PrintUtils.exitPrintPreview(); return false;"]) #content browser{
opacity: 0 !important;
}

Thanks foxxyn8, I'll try that when I get home :D

With that code sidebars will also be hidden when viewing "about:blank"

wasn't this

supposed to be fixed?

with that code it pops out when in a blank tab and non maximized window

After installing beta 9, some of my stylish codes got messed up. I was able to fix some of them, but I'm not sure what to do with this one problem. I want to move the tab to the left to get rid of that gap:

All you really need is this:

#appmenu-button {
  padding: 0 5px 1px !important;
  min-width: 0 !important;
}

#appmenu-button[open] {
  background-image: -moz-linear-gradient(rgba(255,165,0,.8), rgba(255,165,0,1)),
                	-moz-radial-gradient(14px, circle cover, rgba(248, 233, 164, 0.5) 29%, rgba(248, 233, 164, 0.2) 35%, rgba(248, 233, 164, 0) 50%) !important;
  -moz-box-shadow: 0 0 4px rgba(0,0,0,.4) inset !important;
  border-radius: 0 0 5px 5px !important;
}

#appmenu-button .button-icon {
  list-style-image: url(http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3769988/temp/firefox16.png);
}

#appmenu-button .button-text {
  visibility: collapse;
}

You can replace the url with the base64 value if you want. I usually don't add it because the forum screws it up.

Thanks. Your fix works great. One question. Right now the firefox logo in the button seems a little off center, which part of the code should I change to move the image around?

You can add something like:

#appmenu-button .button-icon {
  padding-top: 2px;
}

I think that this modification is necessary for those still left with the tabs below

looks better. . .

Fx333.png

#main-window[sizemode=normal][tabsontop=false] #PersonalToolbar {

border: 1px solid rgba(0,0,0,.3) !important;

border-bottom: none !important;}

#main-window[sizemode=maximized][tabsontop=false] #PersonalToolbar {

border-top: 1px solid rgba(0,0,0,.3) !important;}

#main-window[sizemode=normal][tabsontop=false] #PersonalToolbar[collapsed=false] + #TabsToolbar {

border-left: 1px solid rgba(0,0,0,.3) !important;

border-right: 1px solid rgba(0,0,0,.3) !important;

padding-left: 1px !important;}

#toolbar-menubar

I'll look into the bug, but I'm currently not updating the script as I'm building a theme instead.

You gave me this piece of code:

#main-window[sizemode="maximized"] #titlebar  {
  margin-bottom: -23px !important;
}

So I can -with built-in tabs in title bar- select/change tab while pressing on the top-edge... But this code also causes the problem mentioned above... Another way to move tabs on top-edge?

Would it be possible to change the image location to somewhere on my computer, and put the file path, instead of the dropbox url?

I've got a bit of old Stylish code from this thread that seems to be misbehaving lately. Whenever I startup Firefox, or sometimes navigate to certain webpages, I see the add-on bar randomly at the bottom, with no buttons on it. Also, when I do view it normally, the bar looks really weird

Here's a picture of it looking really buggy

Hey guys!

Is there any way to remove this line around the selected item in download manager?

I've made a custom seleted item, but this line is boring me... :wacko:

thanks

Are you skinning the richlistitems? You could try border-style: solid if you don't already have that.

Anybody who have a update for the "home button tab" & "better addon bar" script?

I use Minefield b10pre btw...

Thanx (Y)

I don't have any plans to update the addon-bar script, but anyone is free to fork it and fix it if they want. It just doesn't work the way I want it to. Another option is to use Barlesque.

^ style not script! (I keep saying script too, TBH). But yeah - Barlesque doesn't quite do it for me, either. I've settled for the default Addon Bar but with it being glassed via Stylish...

I end up switching between the two :unsure: I guess it depends who I quote :shifty:

    • KillerPDF 1.4.2 by Razvan Serea KillerPDF is a lightweight, portable PDF editor for Windows built for users who want full control without subscriptions, installers, or telemetry. It runs as a single executable, making it ideal for USB use and field work. You can view PDFs with smooth PDFium rendering, navigate quickly with thumbnails, zoom, and shortcuts, and reorganize pages using drag-and-drop. It supports merging multiple PDFs, splitting documents, and extracting selected pages. KillerPDF also allows inline text editing with font matching to preserve the original layout, plus annotations like text boxes, freehand drawing, highlights, and reusable signatures. You can search full text, copy content easily, and print documents with flattened annotations. Designed as a free and open alternative to bloated PDF tools, it works fully offline on Windows 10/11 x64. No runtimes install. Everything needed is inside the EXE (targets .NET Framework 4.8, which ships with every supported Windows release). KillerPDF key features: High-quality PDF rendering via PDFium Edit PDF text inline (double-click to modify text) Page thumbnails and fast navigation with zoom and shortcuts Merge multiple PDFs into one Split PDFs and extract selected pages Drag-and-drop page reordering Font matching to preserve original document appearance Text boxes for notes Freehand drawing tools Highlight overlays with adjustable color, size, opacity Undo actions and clear per-page annotations Create, draw, and save reusable signatures Click-to-place signatures anywhere Full-text search with highlighted results Drag-select or Ctrl+A to copy text Print with annotations flattened Portable single-file app (~10 MB) No installer, no admin rights required No account, no telemetry KillerPDF 1.4.2 changelog: What's new PDF form filling. Interactive PDF forms now render their fields (text inputs, checkboxes, radio buttons) as live controls. Fill them in directly and save — field values are written back into the PDF. PDF outline (bookmark) navigation. A new OUTLINES tab in the sidebar displays the document's bookmark tree. Click any entry to jump to that page. The sidebar auto-fits its width to the longest entry on open and can be dragged wider; switching back to PAGES snaps to the pages-mode width. Fixed Page rotation no longer reverts after saving. Rotations applied via the sidebar context menu now persist correctly through the save pipeline. Copied text words were out of order on PDFs where glyphs are stored in non-reading order (Issue #66). Text extraction now sorts words by position and uses a dynamic line-grouping threshold so both drag-select and Select All produce correctly ordered output. PDFs with malformed or non-standard XRef tables now open in read-only mode instead of showing "Invalid entry in XRef table" and failing entirely. • The very fact that a TPM (v2.0 specifically which is part of the issue I suspect) is now a baseline for any supported Windows installation will naturally mean other vendors will start to leverage it as they know it'll be there. It's called progress, and it's always been the way. A TPM isn't a windows thing, it's just a module designed to securely store keys. Secure boot isn't a Windows thing (although MS are the TCA as I recall hence the upheaval this year as the 2011 certs expire), it's just a way to verify a bootloader is signed. Windows simply leverages them.
    • It's a local account with the ability to reset a password at a very base level. I really don't get the issue that gets whipped up around it But you do you
