Best celebration ever in football?

Recommended Posts

Saw this on Yahoo! an hour ago and thought it was awesome.

The NFL is just a ***** by not allowing this stuff. It's just another play when someone scores a touchdown. :/

It's not that NFL players couldn't do it, it's just that there would be ramifications for doing it, like when TO threw popcorn into his face, or when Ochocinco pretended to be a cameraman or when he celebrated with a poncho and sombrero, or better yet, when Joe Horn pulled a cell phone from a goal post. Ah the memories... and the fines.

Or like when Ochocinco waved a sign saying please dont fine me lol.

what is the reason celebrations are banned in the NFL ?

i am guessing safety..

No they didn't ban it because of safty they banned it because its pretty much like taunting the other team and wasting time . And the NFL doesn't like that much which sucks.

oh right..

that's not even a very good reason, all about the celebrations! :D

some managers in the EPL discourage their players from back flips etc due to the increased chances of getting injured

That second video. OK so no one celebrated until Roger Milla? Hmm ok, talk about taking credit for something that's been going on for years.

There's like a 20 second break after each play in NFL O_O

I didn't even need to click on this thread to know what video it would be - it's been all over the Internet in the last few days :p!

Surprisingly, celebrations in football are actually pretty good. Celebrations like the above would become annoying if they were constantly performed, but they're not, which is a good thing... and it means when something a bit different does happen it can be appreciated that little bit more.
