too bad you didnt have a neowinians emblem on lol advertise the guild :p

I sign in each day and try to complete the daily achievement i thought that was supposed to help.

I also do nearly every event i come across.

yea the events help, issue is you get more points for doing it as a guild. and i dont know of any other Neowinian on DragonBrand server, which i think is the main problem, we are probably spread across all the servers, limiting our grouping

Looks like once you are a certain level of a guild or something (not sure on the details) you can go to the Guild registrar and create an emblem.

Arent free server transfers still in effect?

i think so, but people rolled on their respective servers for a reason, i know 2 people on Dragonbrand IRL, havent heard or seen them in a while. but doubtfull everybody is going to transfer to a central server. bunch of the people that are in the guild but not representing im thinking are part of their respective guilds from other games they came from

untill the Guest server Grouping gets fixed / implemented there isnt really much to be done and hurts many guilds imo

you can rep the guild no mater what server your on, once guest transfers are enabled you can group with people regardless of server

Like said above, if you see us on just message us. We even have a vent server that's up if I'm logged in. Depending what level you are and such we will run with you to help you get completion and help in story line if possible. It will be better when, and I haven't checked recently, but when the guesting feature is up. Then the server doesn't matter.

For those in the Neowin guild, I think the points may be limited per server for some things (if I recall reading this correctly). So you may have 600 points on your server, but since I'm on Yak's bend we don't see the same points. Most people aren't representing the guild when they are playing though unfortunately.

dont know if we will be able to join you on the story quests then, but other then that, can run around and get the completions and events till you catch up, you prolly have all the ones i have ( im also Human Ranger ), but Billa doesn't.

lol dag, i think Bill and myself ( and not nutreno ) are the only ones on dragonbrand i think and have close to 600 points iin the guild ( think its like 580 or something ), i thought it was global wide point gains

This is true. Lost 1000 influence (from pre-purchase) due to using it on Crystal Desert instead of Darkhaven. Still waiting a reply from Anet to see if that can be refunded to me.

yes, it limits the armor and weapons you can get, Vigil, Shadow, and Priory Armor and weapons from respective vendors.

i heard that can join all 3, but that was from what i read on the Gw2Guru forums, there was no proof to back up though

i chose Vigil as their armor is more based on + Power, which is what i am currently going for as my main stat

The only different between Vigil and Priory (and Whispers) is the end-game armor you get. They all do a couple (not many, like 2-3) different personal story quests, but ANYONE can join you on those quests. The only downside is they do not earn progress on their own personal story quest unless they are in the same faction (vigil/priory/whispers).

Basically lets take 3 people, 2 vigil, 1 priory both on a level 62 personal story quest (equivalent quests from different factions).

A Vigil person (player A) starts their personal quest, the other vigil player (player B) goes along and so does the priory person (player C).

They play through the story quest, player A makes ALL the decisions in dialog/choice scenarios (picking the next mission if need be) and they get to the end (quest complete). Player A's quest is autocompleted (once they choose a reward), player B is asked if they want to progress their story (they were on the same one...but it asks in case they don't like Player A's choices), they can progress their story or not progress (in which case they have to do the quest over again from the beginning). Player C doesn't get any quest progress.....he just came along for the fun and monster loot.

The influence I used on Crystal Desert can't be used on Darkhaven. I'm calling it a waste seeing as I was the only one on Crystal Desert, when the rest of the guild is on Darkhaven (as am I after transferring),
