Space Usage Program

I'm looking for something that will look at a drive or partition and tell me how the space is being used (so I can tell where all my space has gone). I've seen programs like this before that show graphical representations of the space usage but unfortunately can not remember any of their names. Can anyone suggest something? :unsure:

the program's just called "scanner". it works really nice, and shows your drive in a pie chart. it has levels to the pie chart. (see pic)
