This would seem to use the old assumption that if a person doesn't lose consciousness that they don't have a concussion. She may very well have had headaches and blurred vision for days. The show probably should have given her some medical attention before continuing.

I'm sure she received medical attention. For all we know, they could have even stop the filming for a week.
