This would seem to use the old assumption that if a person doesn't lose consciousness that they don't have a concussion. She may very well have had headaches and blurred vision for days. The show probably should have given her some medical attention before continuing.

Im sure she got a full check over by a doctor off camera. No way could they risk something serious happening over not checking her.
