Ok, surprise, apparently I already had a account with them, took me a bit to remember the info, but still no beta key was ever sent. So I used the one you gave me bei, which worked, and I will give you my 2 I get when they are emailed. Thanks man.

Also, I can register the key as soon as you send it around, so if you want you can move me up the list and get a replacement key right away to shorten the list up some.

I thought that as well while i was doing registration, I was like, who keeps stealing shakey, then I got to the email part, and was like, who the hell already used my email lol. I did, ooops. :p

Alright, I'm just going to send it to whoever is online first and then take them off the list. This way the keys will get distributed faster, hopefully!

Ok guys as soon as the beta opens tomorrow, we need to see if there is multiple servers and make sure we update the thread to show which server we will be playing on so we can all play on the same server and try and set up a neowin guild.

Does it email you the keys after registering?

Registration does not get you a key. You have to get a key from someone and enter it AFTER you register on the site first. Once you enter your key it will instantly email you 2 additional keys.

I got a key and have registered it, I'm waiting for the keys to be emailed to me

Ya, I will update what server we are playing on in the OP early tomorrow morning (if the servers are up) so everyone should know!

@Shaun. Go to Nexon, register an account, then go to the Vindictus site and activate the key I just gave you. You then will have 2 more keys sent to you by Nexon. Come back here and PM me at least 1 key back.

Yeah, someone stole mine as well. :( Almost everything I could think of was already taken. I did eventually find one that wasn't taken though. My username is "Emptyself" (it's a musician I listen to).

      You're right that it does not follow the plain meaning of the word, but in this context, it is a legal term defined in 49 U.S.C. Kind of how "wire fraud" laws apply even if a physical wire was not used. Given that it is codified in law, and it isn't just automotive journalists that don't understand evolving technology, I highly doubt congress would change a well understood term just because technology makes the term slightly less actuate.

      This is exactly why I keep saying we are not ready for human free self-driving. These little "bugs" are may seem like random one-offs. There was also the Waymo that drove between police with drawn weapons and the suspect they were pointing them at. From a software perspective it is easy to understand how those extremely rare situations may not have been programed for, but that is the point. If AI needs to be told to watch out for every possible contingency, then it can never be successful. There will always be the possibility of a first encounter that the AI needs to understand to avoid.

      Recycle Bin has been broken for literal YEARS now. The setting to delete files older than 30 days from the bin which is on by default doesn't even work. I have files older than 4 months in it and they are just there still...
