Nerd Rage
Ok, I would assume directX9.0b for Windows 2003 has passed Windows Logo testing for Windows 2003. Everytime I try to install DirectX 9.0b for W2k3, it says "The software you are installing has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with this version of Windows: The software will not be installed" Is there a way to disable this checking of windows logo testing?? John Veteran Posted July 24, 2003 Veteran Share Posted July 24, 2003 make sure your "cryptographic services" service is running. click start > run > services.msc > set "cryptographic services" service to automatic.

Flashheart21
I'm having exactly the same problem when trying to install DX9.c... I have enabled Cryptographic services: its status is 'started' and 'automatic' yet still the same message: '...is not compatible with windows logo testing..etc..' I do not even have the option to continue with installation anyway, and when i try and access driver signing in the services>hardware tab it does not let me. Any suggestions would be very gratefully received as I'm getting pretty frustrated! :-) Cheers
