Google Image Search works fine on my end. Yfrog I never used. It's just a beta.. these things are expected. If you don't like to experience these little niggles then just uninstall it and get a full version of IE8. I'm sure MS will fix these probs in future betas, RC and final version.

I do love the new UI except that the address bar is too short (looks weird to me). The opening speed is a lot better and flash movies run very smoothly.

I'veb een using IE9 Beta since it was released with very, very few issues. In fact, it has become my main browser, which before was Opera 10.6x. :D

My main browser is (and will be for foreseeable future) Chrome.. I love the speed, UI, extensions, themes.. it is for me the perfect browser.. well done Google (Y)

EDIT: Back to the subject of IE9 Beta.. I didn't encounter any probs with the sites I normally use..

It's okay your not the only one.

I get it sometimes on my gf's PC, got to close down IE and start again and it might be alright.

google images has never worked properly for me since they've released the newer 'version' doesn't even work at work, so I know it's not just my mine.

Try deleting your temp files and see how it goes

Google images seems to work fine for me

only real issues for me are sometimes websites just freeze and dont do anything, although the browser is still responsive, just not the webpage.

and posting on tumblr, it randomly decides to not post anything ive written, and only the media, but switching to minefield, its prefectly fine.

Well there's a few crazy bugs in it, but not much of a problem.

1-Google Images won't load properly. You get a bunch of gray boxes after the 1st page listing. So go into the compatible mode.

2-Clicking bug!!! I hate this. Basically if you click "down" on the mouse on say a random blank part of the page, but "release" it over a button, it will have clicked that button. The reason I hate this is because when I'm searching on google or youtube, I'll highlight everything with my mouse by holding down the mouse button and dragging it over the text. When I release the mouse button, my pointer is over the search button or the youtube logo button and I'll get sent to where I don't wanna go. I am not the type of person who's used to doing ctrl-a :p but yea, I hate that bug..

IE 9 is usually fine for me, but there are a few issues every now and then. There's the above-mentioned bug where mouse up is treated the same as a click, sometimes input boxes refuse to take focus (only way I've found around this is to close and re-open the tab), and there's no indication of when a site is just taking a while to load so you don't know if the browser has frozen or your Internet is just bogging down. Also, sometimes tabs randomly freeze, and the UI feels like it's only 28% complete. It's definitely still a beta, but miles better than IE8 already.

I have had a few problems with websites that wouldn?t open. Some images don?t want to load in other websites. Download manager refused to download some items, which IE8 had no problems with.

Uninstalled and went back to IE8 and now I have no problems. Too many issues even for a beta release, but I do hope that the final release is better.

I was having the same issues, but I uninstalled and reinstalled IE9 and now all the website that weren't working before loads just fine. Thats the only solution I've found, you do have to realize its a beta software so unless you tell MS about the problem it will continue in the final version.

As of me I just few min ago did reinstallation and I'm reporting it to MS now.

I tried it with a few sites but only a couple of them loaded properly. IE 9 definitely shows why it's still beta. I only updated to it because of the underlying core technologies for Windows. If IE was completely separated from Windows I wouldn't bother.
