Compressing 1.32 GB iPhone 4 video to 900-950 MB

I have a 1.32 GB video shot on an iPhone 4 that I'd like to compress to 900-950 MB, whilst retaining the original display aspect ratio (16:9), frame rate (24.168) and resolution (1280x720) of the original video.

Any ideas?

When I try to import the video, I get:

"No Title(s) found. Your Source may be copy protected, badly mastered or in a format which HandBrake does not support. Please refer to the Documentation and FAQ (see Help Menu)."

I've done the exact same thing with handbrake, I don't know why you are having problems...
