I've loved playing FM 2010 - according to Steam, I've clocked up around 351 hrs worth of game play since purchasing it :) However, I don't think I'm gonna upgrade to 2011. The changes look really interesting, especially the change to the transfer / contract system, but I wanna carry on with my current team, and besides - FM2010 already pushes my netbook to the limit, so I'd imagine 2011 might be a step to far. Despite my post about not upgrading, I did install the demo last night, via steam. Haven't had that much of a chance to play around with it, but I think I'm inclined to agree with the reviews that have said they've tried to cram too much information onto the screen, at anyone time. I had a quick look through the Player - Manager Interaction segments, and that looks like it could be interesting. The "match day" highlights ran a bit slow, though to be fair, I was playing it on a nettop (albeit an ION packing one). I'll probably play around with it for a few more hours - or until the half-way point in the season, but I personally haven't really seen aything to justify ditching FM2010, and upgrading to 2011.
