I would like the form boxes to be text boxes and also radio and checkboxes. This is going to be ASP Can you help?? I have downloaded code at http://stardeveloper.com:8080/asp_insform_1.asp I know this is not your code but it would be a great help if you could help. I have managed to add more field of 'text' but if adding radio button (Yes/No) i get various different errors depending on what i try.
