Yes it does look like that but if you used the bmp that Unique supplied and use resbuilder to change it then you would get this.

A couple of bugs/suggestion (may already been reported), just wanted to remind unique.

1. Big Icons (64x64) are squashed up in start menu.

2. Less space between programs in All Programs would do well.

3. more space between icon and title bar.

other than these, the theme is great!!

very nice work, although it's very bright on the eyes. The whole taskbar is pretty lite in color, maybe a little darker shade blue?

i absolutely f***ing love it. it was well worth the wait.

just a couple of things:

Start button (like everyone else hehe ;) )

Mouse over effect for close, minimize, maximize,

orange colour for tabs

could there also be a substyle with a full start menu not just a small one?

Awesome msstyle. I even switched from DMX (sorry b0se ;-)

A suggestion: since this is sort of a "night theme," I change the color for "Window," from white to RGB 255:251:240, and the "3D Objects" color to RGB 235: 234:222. I think the difference is very suiting, and I have attached an image which displays the results.

just a small comment... to all the guys saying 'dont be so hard on him', its not that were bing har don him, its constructive criticism. the whole point of having a beta is to see what poeple want and dont want. simple.
