Just bought a Canon 430EX II

I was contemplating whether spending $270 CAD on a flash was worth it... until I brought it home... I was so impressed!

Obviously the shot with the Hummer is bad, but I pointed the flash at him across the street to see if I can get his license plate. It worked. :p

This flash will probably be my next purchase for my T2i, that might be a while away though. Nice shots :)

I am impressed. Just got a Canon T2i and thinking of getting a flash, but cannot decide between the 430 EX II or the 580 EX II.

Yeah I was contemplating about the 580EX II as well. Too expensive for a flash though :s I haven't even stocked up on L-series lenses yet and needs some cash to upgrade to a EOS 7D soon, my 20D is 6 years old :|

Yep. Just tried out some outdoor night shots. Didn't find a bounce card all that good so I decided to bounce some light off some pile of snow. Just got a car wash after... a long time LOL
