XP Shell player ....

Question

Does anyone else have a problem with the Shell Audio Player ((EX) powertoy)?

When I play a song, is skips and even seems like it is playing it twice at one time (sort of like an echo). If I play the EXACT same song with ANY other player on my system (realOne, MusicMatch,WMP,WinCommander) it is just fine.

If some one else had this proble what did you do to fix it (if you did).

I have a PIII 1.0gig w/ 512meg ram

Soundblaster Audigy (Gamer)

Any clues ... please ... I like it but the "echo" / skipping(?) is killing me!!

Can you edit your playlists (add and remove songes) from these buttons on the taskbar like the shell audio player?

The reason I kind of liked the shell player was that is was small and integrated, but if it dosen't work and WinAmp can't do the editing of the playlist thing, I will continue to use MusicMatch ...

TIA ...
