Couldn't you make the start button the very bottom of the N, and whenever you press the start button, it raises up to finish the N.

And in classic mode, just use the regular n (seen in pic1?)

I worked alll night long on this, and... havent even gotten close to finishing it :D

Big updates, as some of you may have known before the "screenshots" were'nt screenshots, they were made in photoshop and slapped ontop of a generic layout. So.. i sliced and diced and fixed and edited and experimented and *insert 50 different cool sounding words*, until i came up with a functional start bar!!!

But there are some glitches I need you guys to help me out with... this is my first theme so... :blush:

Sorry for the large size of the pic. I dont knwo why but it stretches the Start button image and the window tabs even though I'm pretty sure I have the margins right... If i could get past this then ther rest of the theme would come a lot faster... thanks for the help every1!

A lot of people wait last night, but unfortinattly neowin went down for over an hour, bummer, but my partner gizzyprophet started to slice up the images I sent him for the sceem. If you remember me saying, ths is the first vs we have ever made so hang in there. We are having a little trouble with the start bar. I've been trying to use your advice, but whenever I try to put the pieces together sometihing on the start menu always goes wronge. if you want to see a beta of what i were hoping to work with here it is. We need your thoughts on it, becuase it doesn't seem to be working out. Besides that, we found out how to make it a slim start "bar". yay. and everything else in the theme is going smooth. Keep checking back for posts.

NOTE: The top bar of windows has been changed a little (not shown in picture) believe me its a lot better, thanks to Gizzy Prophet.

In the next screen shot, we willl include it.

Accually I noticed it after I had made the first full preview. Kinda felt bad, because we are both doing tributes.I felt kinda stupid aftward too, because I didn't want you to think i was copying your idea or anything. Anyway redrope, your VS looks great, if you need help, "halla" keep it up.

Hey fellow posters, what icons do you think we should use in this theme? Anyone have any thoughts, by the way as an update on our progress, start bar is turning ot great, so are windows. Start menu, boot screens, and wallpapers are soon to be. So keep checking back.
