[Cursors] Alpha Blended Bluecurve & xFree Cursors

Perhaps you can help me here. When I apply an alpha-blended cursor scheme, they all have these jagged white outlines around them, kinda like some kid cut them out of a piece of paper. How can I fix that?

the code that someone posted in the middle of the thread pasted to install.inf

gives too many mistakes ... so can you please make it proper ...
