I was being killed healthwise by sitting so I decided to turn my office to standing workstation type. I used my existing setup but I used nice simple coffee stands and nightstands to lift everything up. Worked out MAGNIFICENT. $100 was total expense and working standing up is already showing health benefits and how I feel. Not to mention mobility. Yes, legs hurt but that should pass within a week. For ocassional rest I have bar stool.

I'm very happy how flexible my setup is now.

wow but dubai is too hit for me thier summers are like 110-120F on average and I'm an outdoors kinda person...

have the improved the mapping and navigation aspect of life over there yet. I hear you gotta draw where you live on this awkward map instead of giving directions is this true?

Sort of, the area is constantly being redeveloped but my business provides me with a custom gps that's automatically updated on a monthly basis so I have no trouble getting around. Yeah it really can get hot out there, I like to overhydrate sometimes so I carry a leather pouch that holds my water in.

what kinda business is it sonic? is it a US company with a branch there? I also hear people can't drive over there very well LOLOLOL.... seen a traffic video and it was funny as hell. has the traffic management improved where you're at? I hope it has!
