For those who cannot resist the temptation, there is 25 minute segment that is the beginning of season 2 premiere floating online. Here is the summary of it:

Carrie is living at home with her dad and sister now. Saul is in Beirut, where an asset comes forward with information about an attack. Vice President Walden asks Brody to be his running mate in a bid for presidency. Carrie teaches English at school when an ex-colleague from CIA comes to see her and says that Estes wants to meet. She refuses, but when she gets back home, she finds out that Saul has been trying to call her. Turns out that Estes is outside her house and, reluctantly, she agrees to talk to him. Apparently, an asset in Beirut would not divulge information to anyone other than Carrie, who recruited this person, so she packs her bags and travels there.

Homeland renewed for Season 3

On the heels of HOMELAND?s biggest numbers yet, with newly-released, record-breaking across platform ratings for its second season, SHOWTIME has ordered a third season, consisting of 12 new, one-hour episodes. The announcement was made today by David Nevins, President of Entertainment, Showtime Networks Inc. HOMELAND returned for its second season on Sept. 30th, up 60 percent from its season one premiere, delivering 2.07 million viewers for the night. The season two premiere week of HOMELAND attracted 5.2 million viewers across platforms (including Live+7, DVR and On Demand), up 25 percent vs. season one (4.1 million), a series high and the best performance ever for a sophomore series on SHOWTIME. Last night, HOMELAND delivered its highest-rated episode ever with 1.75 million viewers at 10 p.m., a series high that outperformed its season two premiere (vs. 1.73 million). Four weeks into the season, On Demand has increased views of the HOMELAND season two premiere to a total of 5.7 million viewers. Season three will begin production spring 2013. The series is produced by FOX 21.

Most recently, HOMELAND tied for the most wins of any program this year at the Emmy Awards, honored with six wins including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, and Outstanding Lead Actress and Actor in a Drama Series. Additionally, HOMELAND has been awarded Golden Globe Awards, Peabody, Television Critics Association, AFI and Critics? Choice Awards in its freshman season. In the week leading up to its season two premiere, HOMELAND season one received 1.7 million views On Demand, the most pre-premiere viewing of a previous season On Demand in SHOWTIME series history. HOMELAND is currently filming the conclusion of season two in North Carolina.

HOMELAND is a one-hour drama series that tells the story of Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes), a CIA officer battling her own demons, who becomes convinced that the intelligence that led to the rescue of Nicholas Brody (Damian Lewis), a U.S. soldier who had been missing and presumed dead for eight years, was a setup and may be connected to an Al Qaeda plot to be carried out on American soil. The series also stars Mandy Patinkin, Morena Baccarin, David Harewood, Diego Klattenhoff, Jackson Pace, Morgan Saylor, Jamey Sheridan, David Marciano and Navid Negahban. The series executive producers are Howard Gordon, Alex Gansa, Gideon Raff, Michael Cuesta, Alex Cary, Chip Johannessen, Henry Bromell, Meredith Stiehm, Avi Nir and Ran Telem.

Showtime Networks Inc. (SNI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CBS Corporation, owns and operates the premium television networks SHOWTIME?, THE MOVIE CHANNEL? and FLIX?, as well as the multiplex channels SHOWTIME 2?, SHOWTIME? Watching yesterdays episode made me think that season 2 will be the final season because of what happened. Seeing this info now kinda surprised me i have to admit.

It's a great show, i love it. I just hope they wont stretch it to much.

I was not impressed with the latest episode that was shown on Sunday.

It was shorter than others, did not have a tense psychological bit and they ruined the secret of what is in the box during credits' preview of the next episode. Personally, I'd rather they pursued the arc of Brody not knowing he has been busted for 2-3 more episodes. It feels a bit of a shortcut not to have done that and an unnecessary one at that. By the way, we still don't know who the mole is that is feeding intel to Roya. Also, the way Mike was stonewalled by Estes was not played out well.

For the love of god and everything that is holy, can Dana please die in a fire in this show? I can't take her whining about the hit and run anymore!!!

On the other hand, her emotional problems contribute to family pressure on Brody. That way, he is getting shtick from CIA and his wife.

While I am not surprised -- based on ending of season 1 -- but I still do not like that season 2 will end on the emotional rollercoaster. It would have been much better if it was a showdown between Brody and Nazir. I appreciate that I may be prejudging the season finale, but I prefer action to mind games

      AMD 26.6.2 driver brings FSR 4.1 support to RDNA 3 RX 7000 series graphics cards by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe A new driver is rolling out to Radeon graphics hardware owners, and alongside support for new games, AMD has just made its FSR 4.1 upscaling tech available to an entire generation of its products. Last month, AMD announced it is answering community requests to bring FSR 4.1 to past generations of its Radeon graphics cards. This would be starting with RDNA 3 RX 7000 products. Right on schedule, this is what's rolling out now with the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.6.2 driver containing official support for over 300 games. Following this, AMD is planning to bring out RDNA 2 (RX 6000 series) support for FSR 4.1 sometime in early 2027. As for the games, this Adrenalin 26.6.2 driver is a recommended install for anyone jumping into Ubisoft's upcoming Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced remake or id Software's DOOM: The Dark Ages' Revelations expansion. The two fixed issues in this release are these: Intermittent application crash or driver timeout may be observed while playing RoadCraft on Radeon™ RX 7000 series products. Purple screen may be displayed when using an HP Reverb G2 headset with SteamVR on Radeon™ RX 6000 series graphics products. The known issues AMD is still working on are the following: Intermittent application crash or driver timeout may be observed while playing Battlefield 6 on AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. AMD is actively working on a resolution with the developer to be released as soon as possible. Texture flickering or corruption may appear while playing Battlefield 6 with AMD Record and Stream on some AMD graphics products. AMD FSR Upscaling and AMD FSR Frame Generation may show as inactive in AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition while playing Battlefield 6 when enabled on Radeon™ RX 9000 series graphics products. Failure to install may be observed while installing AI Bundle components in some regions with limited access to HuggingFace and GitHub. Model flickering or rendering failure may be observed in Maxon Cinema 4D and Blender on Radeon RX 7000 series and above graphics products. Users experiencing this issue are recommended to install AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.3.1. Intermittent application crash may be observed on some models while running Blender on Radeon RX 7000 and above graphics products.       Microsoft admits one of the most crucial Outlook features is currently broken by Sayan Sen Microsoft is making some decent progress when it comes to Windows 11. Recently we have confirmed reports of some rather useful improvements landing in the next version of the OS, 26H2, wherein GPU driver TDR crashes may finally be fixed, plus the company is also allowing users to disable web content on the Search. On the Outlook front though things have not been so rosy. Last month in May we reported several problems affecting basic functionalities on the app. These included a problem where documents would open blank or corrupt themselves. Following that, Quick Steps, a very useful feature, would no longer work correctly, and finally, Microsoft acknowledged a problem wherein images would fail to load up properly inside the email. Microsoft had resolved those bugs later and almost exactly a month after we reported on them, the company has now admitted a new similarly basic issue, this time on Macs. Users recently started noticing that Outlook would no longer display email threads properly as the original message itself was not displayed. An affected user Tsoumpas, C (ngmb) nicely described the problem in a forum post they made on Microsoft's site. They wrote: "Description of the issue: After updating Outlook for Mac [Version 16.110 (26061317)] on 18/6/2026, replying to any email no longer includes the original message in the reply window. Prior to the update, replies correctly contained the original email text below my response. Expected behavior: The original message should be included in the reply, as in previous Outlook versions and according to the configured reply settings. Actual behavior: The reply window contains only a blank composition area (or only my response), with none of the original email text included." Obviously this must be a highly frustrating for users as noted by several in that thread. The post, at the time of writing, has also been upvoted by more than 40 users indicating that is a fairly widespread bug. Thankfully Microsoft seems to have acknowledged the problem right around that time as it opened a new issue on its official website. In the support article, the company recommends switching to Outlook for Mac from the legacy app, where the problem appears to be happening.
