... so, although it is a day or two old, the answer to the question is ... it really is a WB3 skin (and I know that's the less popular thing around here) and DesktopX for the Dockbar.

Both are on Wincustomize. The WB skin is Lunar_base by treetog and the DesktopX dockbar is called VDock which is actually my own work (well ... my own adaptation of someone else's work ... appropriately credited of course ... and posted under one of my alter-egos).

If all this blither leaves you confused ... here's the screenshot to remind those who care ... and those who don't .... then again the last background didn't feature Heidi Klum :knocked:
