Starbuck84
I see a lot of those mainboards being used in HP machines. Is it a laptop or desktop from HP by any chance? If so, could you tell me the model number? Or perhaps provide us with a little more information as to what type of machine it is, processor spec, etc.? Tried but couldn't find the model number. What if i run some kind of software that find out the system information like Auslogics System Information ?? That will give us the information we need right ?
Starbuck84
It should provide us with the information needed, yes. Maybe a better way to solve this, is by using PCI Vendor and Device lists . Here's a nice tutorial explaining what to do: http://www.technospot.net/blogs/how-to-find-your-hardware-device-vendor/ . Basically you look up the vendor / hardware ID, type it in their database and it'll tell what type of hardware it is. All you need to do next is download the appropriate driver and you're done. :)
