Games with Gold: Little Nightmares and The King of Fighters XIII are now free

Marking the start of the new year, Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members now have two more games waiting for them as part of their membership bonuses. Just as the original announcement detailed, the first Games with Gold arrivals of 2021 are copies of Little Nightmares and The King of Fighters XIII.

Little Nightmares is available for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S owners, while The King of Fighters XIII can be claimed and played across the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S consoles.

Use the links below to claim the games directly to a Gold activated account:

Little Nightmares (Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)

Immerse yourself in Little Nightmares, a dark whimsical tale that will confront you with your childhood fears! Help Six escape The Maw – a vast, mysterious vessel inhabited by corrupted souls looking for their next meal.

The King of Fighters XIII (Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)

“THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIII” comes to Xbox 360 as the ultimate versus fighting game, in an upgraded version of the original arcade game! The final chapter of the “Ash Saga”, full of anger and betrayal, ends here!!

Those who haven't yet managed to claim Bleed 2 from the previous Games with Gold promotion still have two weeks before the game is replaced by the next bonus title, that being Dead Rising.

As always, keep in mind that Xbox 360 games claimed via one of these promotions will continue being playable even if the Gold subscription is discontinued. However, claimed Xbox One games are only playable while the account has an active subscription.
