Microsoft partners with automotive companies to revolutionize mobility

The IAA - New Mobility World (IAA - NVM) 2019 conference in Frankfurt, Germany is just around the corner, and Microsoft will be attending the event. This year, the focus is laid upon the changing nature of businesses, how it affects mobility, and what technology can do to help.

As a form of answering these questions, Microsoft has now teamed up with automotive firms, pursuing the goal of revolutionizing mobility with digital technology. The tech giant believes that its set of Dynamics 365 Business Applications will help provide new and existing partners with a variety of tools deeply focused on improving customer experience.

In order to provide a cooperative strategy for different forms of customer experiences, Microsoft has highlighted its Industry Accelerators, which provide a common data model (CDM) built on Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365. These help customers build custom applications on Microsoft platforms through the enabling of specific scenarios.

More particularly, the Automotive Accelerator has been singled out of all five accelerators available. This allows users to schedule appointments and services, and it primarily targets automakers, dealerships, and service providers to assist customers in a better way.

Microsoft partner, Annata Management Solutions, will also be present at the event, showcasing Annata 365 for Dynamics with modern automotive and equipment industry solutions. Annata 365 for Sales is also noted to build upon Dynamics 365 for Sales service, providing industry-specific functionality catered toward the automotive industry. Microsoft's partnership with Adobe will also be featured at IAA, with special focus on how the development of customer experience management solutions has helped accelerate business growth.

The aforementioned firms won't be the only partners and customers in attendance. You can visit Microsoft at the Frankfurt Exhibition Hall 5, Stand C21, from September 11-15 for IAA - NVM 2019 to get the full experience. You can also learn more about the tech giant's plans for the event here.
