Today is the second Tuesday of the month, and that can only mean one thing: it's Patch Tuesday. It's like a monthly holiday for those that love to update their PCs, as Microsoft releases updates for all supported versions of Windows.
Naturally, all of the updates only include fixes, rather than new features. If you're on the latest version of Windows 10, the April 2018 Update or version 1803, you'll get KB4338819. The update brings the build number to 17134.165, and you can manually download it here. Here's what got fixed:
Improves the ability of the Universal CRT Ctype family of functions to correctly handle EOF as valid input.
Enables debugging of WebView content in UWP apps using the Microsoft Edge DevTools Preview app that’s available in the Microsoft Store.
Addresses an issue that may cause the Mitigation Options Group Policy client-side extension to fail during GPO processing. The error message is “Windows failed to apply the MitigationOptions settings. MitigationOptions settings might have its own log file” or “ProcessGPOList: Extension MitigationOptions returned 0xea.” This issue occurs when Mitigation Options has been defined either manually or by Group Policy on a machine using Windows Defender Security Center or the PowerShell Set-ProcessMitigation cmdlet.

If you've got a Windows 10 Mobile device on version 1709, you'll get build 15254.490, which has the same fixes as the update listed below, since it's an offshoot of Redstone 2.
Now, we're getting into older builds that very few PCs are still using. If you're still on the Windows 10 Creators Update, or version 1703, you'll get KB4338826, or build 15063.1206. It can be manually downloaded here, and contains the following fixes:

As has been the case since May, there's no new update for Windows 10 version 1511. There is, however, a patch for the original version of the OS, version 1507, since that's still supported on the Long-Term Servicing Channel.

Of course, you don't need to manually install any of these. The update that corresponds to your version of Windows 10 should automatically arrive via Windows Update.
