Samsung unveils Galaxy On Max with a "flagship camera"

Samsung published a teaser for its upcoming Galaxy On device yesterday. As expected, the firm launched Galaxy On Max in India through Flipkart today. The handset has similar specs and design as of Galaxy J7 Max, with minor differences of course.

Powered by a MediaTek Helio P25 (2.39GHZ, 1.69GHz Octa-core) processor, the phone packs 4GB RAM coupled with 32GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB through a microSD card. It features a 5.7-inch full HD 1080p display and comes with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

The key feature of this phone is its "flagship camera". It has a 13MP f/1.7 rear camera and a 13MP f/1.9 front-facing shooter with an LED flash. It is to be seen how this device stacks up against other phones in terms of camera and if it really has a "flagship camera".

Moreover, the device has a metal unibody, 3300 mAh battery, and a fingerprint sensor which supports Samsung Pay Mini.

The phone will cost INR 16,900 (about $260) and will be up for sale on July 10 on Flipkart. There's also a discount available if bought using a Standard Chartered debit or credit card. Furthermore, you can get this device in monthly installments as well for as low as INR 820/month.
