Surface Laptop 3 15 gets a firmware update to improve battery life

If you've got the 15-inch flavor of the Surface Laptop 3, it's time to check for updates. Microsoft has new firmware rolling out for the device, specifically for the AMD-powered one. If you've got the Intel-powered Surface Laptop 3 15 for Business, or the Intel-powered Surface Laptop 13.5, there are no updates for you.

There's only one update and only one change, but it's a good one. This update is meant to improve system stability and battery life. Here's the changelog:

As usual, you can grab today's update from Windows Update, and it's available for all AMD-powered Surface Laptop 3 units with Windows 10 version 1903 or later, and since it shipped with version 1903, that's all of them.
