I think the tightest matchup in the 1st round is Min-Col. I think Minnesota will pull it off in 7. It's gonna be close methinks

Please oh please oh pretty please with love on top - Habs win. Everything. I so hope they win so I can enjoy a Stanley Cup celebration/riot while I'm young. I want to host the party when we win and then rush downtown to party with the crowds who have stormed the street with their exuberance. And we're overdue.

Habs are a good bet this year, Carey Price is the new Patrick Roy if you ask me. Montreal is known for bringing up brilliant goaltenders. :)

Actually I was having a conversation with my dad today about the playoffs, and we both agree that the Avs have a chance at it, they'll need solid goaltending and Forsberg and Sakic to be injury free the whole time (which I find unlikely).

Although Minni is a tough team, Colorado couldn't be happier about facing them in the first round, no one wants to go against Det, SJ, or Ana

It's really hard to cheer for anyone in the NW (being a die hard Canucks fan hehe)

Such a hard division.

I could see Calgary taking it, I could see Ottawa taking it if they play like gods and I could easily see NJ taking it if NYR choke.

i could never cheer for my own divison. If jose plays like the Jose i used to know or even half of that, they are going to beat Minne. Too bad svatos is out though...
