Here are some of my recommendations for what I'd consider beautiful music. It's the kind of music that relaxes you and lets your imagination flourish. You know, the kind you'd listen to after a long day of work or school. If you have any recommendations yourself, please post them. The kind of music I'm talking about almost always lacks vocals of any kind.

Anyway, here are my recommendations:

Song: ....
Composer: Yiruma

Song: A Rainy Day In Vancouver from "Keinohrhasen"
Composer: Dirk Reichardt

Song: Always Summer from "Brideshead Revisited"
Composer: Adrian Johnston

Song: All That Remains
Composer: Josh Kramer

I've been a huge Faithless fan for a long time. Anytime I need a pick me up, or need to relax, I listen to some of their more soft songs. It takes me back to when I was a teenager, and life was simpler. :)

Also, good thread! I love the first song you have posted, and the last one, 'All That Remains.'

Here's a song that reminds me of the awe and mystery of our universe:

Song: All Is Violent, All Is Bright
Composer: God is an Astronaut

And here's one from the Dead Island announcement trailer:

Song: Dead Island Trailer Theme
Composer: Giles Lamb

YouTube time linking doesn't work here apparently.
Fast forward to 1m:20s in the video. The intro is mostly air sounds and such.

Artist: Mogwai
Title: Tracy (Kid Loco Mix)
