Windows 8.1 Update Rollup B may be available in November 2013

I found this info on Microsoft's support page explaining Update Rollup A. on that page it is hinting on an update rollup in November (Which might be Update Rollup B). here is the link:

Interesting, but I think it's too soon, though who knows?  With the talk of a minor GDR like update to the OS in Spring 2014 I wouldn't be surprised if they push out another GA rollup before then at the most.
