The Amazon Fire HD 10 is now only $109.99 with Prime for the next couple of days

The Amazon Fire HD 10 launched last September for $149.99, and while that price hasn"t dropped officially for everyone, Prime members can snap the tablet up for just $109.99 for the next couple of days.

Just a few of the main specs include, among others:

  • 10.1" 1080p Full HD display (1920 x 1200)
  • Up to 1.8 GHz quad-core processor
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 32 GB of internal storage expandable by up to 256 GB (using the microSD slot)
  • Up to 10 hours of battery life
  • Stereo speakers with Dolby Audio
  • Dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi

As pointed out in the above specs, the new Fire HD 10 can run for around 10 hours on a single charge (mixed use) and is the first to feature Alexa hands-free. It comes with Dolby Atmos Audio for more immersive and high quality sounds. The new tablet also supports the latest Wi-Fi technologies with its out-of-the-box support for dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi.

Prime members can pick up the device in three colors: Black, Marine Blue, and Punch Red. Typically you"d expect to get only a 720p tablet at the $110 price point, but Amazon has highly discounted a very usable quad-core tablet with a 1080p display. It"s perfect especially for those who need a HD tablet for watching their shows or checking email while traveling.

Get the Amazon Fire HD 10 for $109.99 (needs Prime) now.

Update: This deal includes TechBargains referral link so that Neowin gets a little bit of commission on each sale, however the link does not take you to a third party site. All sales are finalized at Amazon.
